呂便的後裔

迦得的後裔

Descendientes de Rubén
5 Rubén era el hijo mayor de Israel, pero como tuvo relaciones sexuales con la esposa de su papá, perdió los privilegios de hijo mayor. Esos privilegios pasaron a los hijos de José, otro hijo de Israel. 2 Es cierto que Judá llegó a ser más poderoso que sus hermanos y se convirtió en jefe de ellos, pero los privilegios de hijo mayor fueron de José.
3 Los hijos de Rubén, el hijo mayor de Israel, fueron Janoc, Falú, Jezrón y Carmí.
4 Los descendientes de Joel fueron Semaías, Gog, Simí, 5 Micaías, Reaías, Baal 6 y Beerá, jefe de los rubenitas y quien fue llevado prisionero por el rey de Asiria Tiglat Piléser.
7 Los hermanos de Joel están escritos tal como aparecen en los registros de familias: el mayor era Jeyel, Zacarías 8 y Bela hijo de Azaz y nieto de Semá. Semá era hijo de Joel. 14 Todos ellos eran hijos de Abijaíl hijo de Jurí; Jurí era hijo de Jaroa; Jaroa era hijo de Galaad; Galaad era hijo de Micael; Micael era hijo de Jesisay; Jesisay era hijo de Yadó hijo de Buz. 15 El jefe de sus familias fue Ahí, quien era hijo de Abdiel y nieto de Guní. 16 Ellos ocuparon la región de Galaad, los pueblos vecinos de Basán y todos los campos de pastoreo cercanos a Sarón.

Además tomaron más de 100 000 prisioneros. 22 Muchos agarenos murieron en la batalla porque Dios ya había decidido el resultado. Las victoriosas dos tribus y media habitaron en la tierra de los agarenos hasta el tiempo del exilio.
23 La media tribu de Manasés era muy numerosa y vivía en el territorio que se extiende de Basán hasta Baal Hermón, Senir y Hermón. 24 Las familias de Manasés tenían varios líderes que eran muy famosos y valientes. Ellos eran Éfer, Isí, Eliel, Azriel, Jeremías, Hodavías y Yadiel. 25 Pero se rebelaron contra el Dios de sus antepasados, pues se dedicaron a adorar a otros dioses, los de la gente de la región, los cuales Dios mismo les había ayudado a destruir. 26 Así que el Dios de Israel despertó la furia del rey Pul de Asiria, que es el rey Tiglat Piléser, y le ayudó a expulsar a los rubenitas, los gaditas y a la media tribu de Manasés. Se los llevaron a Jalaj, a Jabor, a Hará y a la región del río Gozán, donde hoy todavía están viviendo.

Reuben
5 The sons of Reuben(A) the firstborn of Israel (he was the firstborn, but when he defiled his father’s marriage bed,(B) his rights as firstborn were given to the sons of Joseph(C) son of Israel;(D) so he could not be listed in the genealogical record in accordance with his birthright,(E) 2 and though Judah(F) was the strongest of his brothers and a ruler(G) came from him, the rights of the firstborn(H) belonged to Joseph)— 3 the sons of Reuben(I) the firstborn of Israel:
Hanok, Pallu,(J) Hezron(K) and Karmi.
4 The descendants of Joel:
Shemaiah his son, Gog his son,
Shimei his son, 5 Micah his son,
Reaiah his son, Baal his son,
6 and Beerah his son, whom Tiglath-Pileser[a](L) king of Assyria took into exile. Beerah was a leader of the Reubenites.
7 Their relatives by clans,(M) listed according to their genealogical records:
Jeiel the chief, Zechariah, 8 and Bela son of Azaz, the son of Shema, the son of Joel. They settled in the area from Aroer(N) to Nebo(O) and Baal Meon.(P) 9 To the east they occupied the land up to the edge of the desert that extends to the Euphrates(Q) River, because their livestock had increased in Gilead.(R)
10 During Saul’s reign they waged war against the Hagrites(S), who were defeated at their hands; they occupied the dwellings of the Hagrites throughout the entire region east of Gilead.
Gad
11 The Gadites(T) lived next to them in Bashan, as far as Salekah:(U)
12 Joel was the chief, Shapham the second, then Janai and Shaphat, in Bashan.
13 Their relatives, by families, were:
Michael, Meshullam, Sheba, Jorai, Jakan, Zia and Eber—seven in all.
14 These were the sons of Abihail son of Huri, the son of Jaroah, the son of Gilead, the son of Michael, the son of Jeshishai, the son of Jahdo, the son of Buz.
15 Ahi son of Abdiel, the son of Guni, was head of their family.
16 The Gadites lived in Gilead, in Bashan and its outlying villages, and on all the pasturelands of Sharon as far as they extended.
17 All these were entered in the genealogical records during the reigns of Jotham(V) king of Judah and Jeroboam(W) king of Israel.
18 The Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh had 44,760 men ready for military service(X)—able-bodied men who could handle shield and sword, who could use a bow, and who were trained for battle. 19 They waged war against the Hagrites, Jetur,(Y) Naphish and Nodab. 20 They were helped(Z) in fighting them, and God delivered the Hagrites and all their allies into their hands, because they cried(AA) out to him during the battle. He answered their prayers, because they trusted(AB) in him. 21 They seized the livestock of the Hagrites—fifty thousand camels, two hundred fifty thousand sheep and two thousand donkeys. They also took one hundred thousand people captive, 22 and many others fell slain, because the battle(AC) was God’s. And they occupied the land until the exile.(AD)
The Half-Tribe of Manasseh
23 The people of the half-tribe of Manasseh(AE) were numerous; they settled in the land from Bashan to Baal Hermon, that is, to Senir (Mount Hermon).(AF)
24 These were the heads of their families: Epher, Ishi, Eliel, Azriel, Jeremiah, Hodaviah and Jahdiel. They were brave warriors, famous men, and heads of their families. 25 But they were unfaithful(AG) to the God of their ancestors and prostituted(AH) themselves to the gods of the peoples of the land, whom God had destroyed before them. 26 So the God of Israel stirred up the spirit(AI) of Pul(AJ) king of Assyria (that is, Tiglath-Pileser(AK) king of Assyria), who took the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh into exile. He took them to Halah,(AL) Habor, Hara and the river of Gozan, where they are to this day.

Lines of Reuben, Gad, and East Manasseh
5 The family of Reuben, Israel’s oldest son: he was actually the oldest, but when he dishonored his father’s bed his birthright[a] was given to the family of Joseph, Israel’s son, so Reuben isn’t listed as the oldest in the records. 2 Although Judah became the strongest among his brothers and a leader came from him, the birthright belonged to Joseph.
3 The family of Reuben, Israel’s oldest son: Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi.
4 Joel’s family: his son Shemaiah, his son Gog, his son Shimei, 5 his son Micah, his son Reaiah, his son Baal, 6 and his son Beerah, whom Assyria’s King Tilgath-pilneser carried away into exile. He was a chief of the Reubenites. 7 His relatives, by their[b] clans when their genealogy was listed in the records, were: Jeiel the first; Zechariah; 8 and Bela, Azaz’s son, Shema’s grandson, and Joel’s great-grandson.
They lived in Aroer, as far as Nebo and Baal-meon. 9 They also settled in the east as far as the edge of the desert that stretches to the Euphrates River, because their livestock had increased in the land of Gilead. 10 In Saul’s days they waged war on the Hagrites, whom they defeated. So they lived in their tents throughout the entire region east of Gilead.
11 Gad’s family lived opposite them in the land of Bashan as far as Salecah: 12 Joel was the first, Shapham the second, and Janai governed[c] Bashan.
13 Their relatives according to their households: Michael, Meshullam, Sheba, Jorai, Jacan, Zia, and Eber—seven in all.

16 They lived in Gilead, in Bashan and in its towns, and as far as the boundaries of all the open lands of Sharon. 17 They were all listed in the records in the days of Judah’s King Jotham and Israel’s King Jeroboam. 18 The Reubenites, the Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh were warriors who carried shield and sword, drew the bow, and were trained for war—44,760 ready for military service. 19 When they waged war on the Hagrites (the Jeturites, the Naphishites, and the Nodabites), 20 they received help against them. The Hagrites and all who were with them were handed over to them, because they cried out to God in battle. God granted their prayer because they trusted in him. 21 They seized their livestock: 50,000 of their camels, 250,000 sheep and goats, 2,000 donkeys, and 100,000 captives. 22 Many died, because God fought the battle. They lived there in place of the inhabitants until the exile.
23 The members of half the tribe of Manasseh lived in the land from Bashan to Baal-hermon, Senir, and Mount Hermon. They were very numerous.
24 These were the heads of their households:
Epher, Ishi, Eliel, Azriel, Jeremiah, Hodaviah, and Jahdiel—mighty warriors, famous men, heads of their households.
25 But they were unfaithful to the God of their ancestors and faithlessly followed the gods of the peoples of the land, whom God had destroyed before them. 26 As a result, Israel’s God stirred up the spirit of Assyria’s King Pul, otherwise known as Assyria’s King Tilgath-pilneser, who led the Reubenites, the Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh into exile, and brought them to Halah, Habor, Hara, and the Gozan River, where they remain to this day.
