Various Situations of Life

¹⁷ Let each one live his life in the situation the Lord assigned when God called^(A) him.^[a] This is what I command in all the churches.

¹³ We, however, will not boast beyond measure but according to the measure of the area of ministry that God has assigned^(A) to us, which reaches even to you.

⁷ Now grace was given to each one of us^(A) according to the measure of Christ’s gift.

¹¹ If anyone speaks, let it be as one who speaks God’s words; if anyone serves, let it be from the strength God provides,^(A) so that God may be glorified through Jesus Christ in everything. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
