Greeting

1 Paul,^(A) an apostle of Christ Jesus by the command^(B) of God our Saviour^(C) and of Christ Jesus our hope:^(D)

³ This is good, and it pleases God our Saviour,^(A)

³ In his own time he has revealed^(A) his word^(B) in the preaching with which I was entrusted^(C) by the command^(D) of God our Saviour:^(E)

¹⁰ or stealing, but demonstrating utter faithfulness, so that they may adorn the teaching of God our Saviour^(A) in everything.

⁴ But when the kindness of God our Saviour and his love for mankind appeared,^(A)

²⁵ to the only^(A) God our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord,^[a] be glory, majesty, power, and authority before all time,^[b] now and for ever. Amen.
