⁹ “But the money!” Amaziah whined. “What shall I do about that?”

And the prophet replied, “The Lord is able to give you much more than this!”

¹⁰ So Amaziah sent them home again to Ephraim, which made them very angry and insulted. ¹¹ Then Amaziah took courage and led his army to Salt Valley and there killed 10,000 men from Seir.
