Elijah in the Whirlwind

2 The time had come for the Lord to take Elijah up to heaven^(A) in a whirlwind.^(B) Elijah and Elisha^(C) were travelling from Gilgal,^(D)

¹⁹ So the Lord Jesus, after speaking to them,^(A) was taken up into heaven^(B) and sat down at the right hand^(C) of God.

⁵¹ And while he was blessing them, he left them and was carried up into heaven.^(A)

⁹ After he had said this, he was taken up as they were watching, and a cloud took him out of their sight. ¹⁰ While he was going, they were gazing into heaven, and suddenly two men in white clothes stood by them.^(A)
