2 John 5-11

⁵ Now I ask you, lady, ^(A)not as though I were writing to you a new commandment, but the one which we have had ^(B)from the beginning, that we ^(C)love one another. ⁶ And ^(D)this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, ^(E)just as you have heard ^(F)from the beginning, that you should walk in it.

⁷ For ^(G)many deceivers have ^(H)gone out into the world, those who ^(I)do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is ^(J)the deceiver and the ^(K)antichrist. ^8 (L)See to yourselves, ^(M)that you do not lose what we accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward. ^9 [a]Anyone who ^[b]goes too far and ^(N)does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. The one who abides in the teaching, he has both the Father and the Son. ¹⁰ If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, ^(O)do not receive him into your house, and do not give him a greeting, ¹¹ for the one who gives him a greeting ^[c](P)participates in his evil deeds.
