Guerra entre David y la casa de Saúl
8 Pero Abner hijo de Ner, general del ejército de Saúl, tomó a Is-boset hijo de Saúl, y lo llevó a Mahanaim, 9 y lo hizo rey sobre Galaad, sobre Gesuri, sobre Jezreel, sobre Efraín, sobre Benjamín y sobre todo Israel. 10 De cuarenta años era Is-boset hijo de Saúl cuando comenzó a reinar sobre Israel, y reinó dos años. Solamente los de la casa de Judá siguieron a David.

War Between the Houses of David and Saul(A)
8 Meanwhile, Abner(B) son of Ner, the commander of Saul’s army, had taken Ish-Bosheth(C) son of Saul and brought him over to Mahanaim.(D) 9 He made him king over Gilead,(E) Ashuri(F) and Jezreel, and also over Ephraim, Benjamin and all Israel.(G)
10 Ish-Bosheth son of Saul was forty years old when he became king over Israel, and he reigned two years. The tribe of Judah, however, remained loyal to David.
