³³ ‘When a man uncovers a pit or digs a pit, and does not cover it, and an ox or a donkey falls into it,

⁴ If you see your brother’s donkey or ox fallen down on the road, do not ignore it; help him lift it up.

¹¹ He replied to them, ‘Who among you, if he had a sheep that fell into a pit on the Sabbath, wouldn’t take hold of it and lift it out?^(A)

¹⁵ But the Lord answered him and said, ‘Hypocrites!^(A) Doesn’t each one of you untie his ox^(B) or donkey from the feeding trough^(C) on the Sabbath and lead it to water?^(D)
