¹⁴ ‘Celebrate a festival in my honour three times a year.^(A)

¹⁷ Three times a year all your males are to appear before the Lord God.

²³ Three times a year^(A) all your males are to appear before the Lord God, the God of Israel. ²⁴ For I will drive out nations^(B) before you and enlarge your territory.^(C) No one will covet your land when you go up three times a year to appear before the Lord your God.

²⁵ Three times a year Solomon offered burnt offerings and fellowship offerings on the altar he had built for the Lord, and he burned incense with them in the Lord’s presence.^(A) So he completed the temple.^(B)

⁴² When he was twelve years old, they went up according to the custom of the festival.^(A)
