²⁵ Serve the Lord your God, and he^[a] will bless your bread and your water. I will remove illnesses from you.^(A)

¹² ‘If you listen to and are careful to keep these ordinances, the Lord your God will keep his covenant loyalty with you, as he swore to your ancestors.^(A)

¹⁵ The Lord will remove all disease from you; he will not put on you^(A) all the terrible diseases of Egypt that you know about, but he will inflict them on all who hate you.

²⁷ ‘The Lord will afflict you with the boils of Egypt,^(A) tumours, a festering rash, and scabies, from which you cannot be cured.

⁶⁰ He will afflict you again with all the diseases of Egypt,^(A) which you dreaded, and they will cling to you.
