Moses Confronts Pharaoh

5 Later, Moses and Aaron went in and said to Pharaoh, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Let my people go, so that they may hold a festival for me in the wilderness.”^(A)

⁸ Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said, “Appeal^(A) to the Lord to remove the frogs from me and my people. Then I will let the people go and they can sacrifice to the Lord.”
