⁶ ‘Therefore tell the Israelites: I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from the forced labour of the Egyptians and rescue you from slavery to them. I will redeem you with an outstretched arm^(A) and great acts of judgement.

³⁴ Or has a god attempted to go and take a nation as his own out of another nation, by trials, signs, wonders, and war, by a strong hand and an outstretched arm, by great terrors, as the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

¹⁷ Oh, Lord God! You yourself made the heavens and earth^(A) by your great power^(B) and with your outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for you!^(C)

³³ As I live – the declaration of the Lord God – I will reign over you with a strong hand, an outstretched arm,^(A) and outpoured wrath.
