⁷ I will take you as my people,^(A) and I will be your God. You will know^(B) that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from the forced labour of the Egyptians.

¹² I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people.^(A)

²³ However, I did give them this command: “Obey me, and then I will be your God, and you will be my people. Follow every way I command you so that it may go well with you.” ^(A)

⁴ which I commanded your ancestors when I brought them out of the land of Egypt,^(A) out of the iron furnace.’^(B) I declared, ‘Obey me, and do everything that I command you, and you will be my people, and I will be your God,’^(C)

²⁸ You will live in the land that I gave your ancestors;^(A) you will be my people, and I will be your God.^(B)
