¹⁸ ‘When they arrive there, they will remove all its^(A) abhorrent acts^(B) and detestable practices from it.

²³ They will not defile themselves any more with their idols,^(A) their abhorrent things, and all their transgressions.^(B) I will save them from all their apostasies by which^[a] they sinned,^(C) and I will cleanse them. Then they will be my people, and I will be their God.^(D)
