15 After these events, the word of the Lord came^(A) to Abram in a vision:

your reward will be very great.

²⁷ Immediately Jesus spoke to them. “Have courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”^(A)

³⁰ Then the angel told her, “Do not be afraid, Mary,^(A) for you have found favor with God.^(B)
