15 After these events, the word of the Lord came^(A) to Abram in a vision:

²⁷ Immediately Jesus spoke to them. ‘Have courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.’^(A)

³⁰ Then the angel told her, ‘Do not be afraid, Mary,^(A) for you have found favour with God.^(B)
