4 (A)I will multiply your [a]descendants as the stars of heaven, and will give your [b]descendants all these lands; and (B)by your [c]descendants all the nations of the earth [d]shall be blessed, 5 because Abraham [e](C)obeyed Me and fulfilled his duty to Me, and kept My commandments, My statutes, and My laws.”
6 So Isaac lived in Gerar.
