¹⁵ I will put hostility between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and her offspring.^[a]
He will strike your head,

³ I will bless those who bless you,
I will curse anyone who treats you with contempt,^(A)
and all the peoples on earth

¹⁷ I see him, but not now;
I perceive him, but not near.
A star will come from Jacob,
and a sceptre will arise from Israel.^(A)
He will smash the forehead^[a] of Moab
