Genesis 9:11-13

New American Standard Bible

¹¹ I establish My covenant with you; and all flesh shall ^(A)never again be eliminated by the waters of a flood, ^(B)nor shall there again be a flood to destroy the earth.” ¹² God said, “This is ^(C)the sign of the covenant which I am making between Me and you and every living creature that is with you, for ^[a]all future generations; ¹³ I have set My ^(D)rainbow in the cloud, and it shall ^[b]serve as a sign of a covenant between Me and the earth.
