¹⁶ But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a ^(A)heavenly one. Therefore ^(B)God is not ^[a]ashamed to be ^(C)called their God; for ^(D)He has prepared a city for them.

^31 (A)After they had mocked Him, they took the scarlet robe off Him and put His own garments back on Him, and led Him away to crucify Him.
