Our Apostle and High Priest

3 Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession.^(A)

²⁰ Jesus has entered there on our behalf as a forerunner,^(A) because he has become a high priest for ever according to the order of Melchizedek.^(B)

²³ Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, since he who promised is faithful.^(A)
