10 Dumnezeu, prin suflarea(A) Lui, face gheaţa
şi micşorează locul apelor mari.
11 Încarcă norii cu aburi
şi-i risipeşte scânteietori;
12 mişcarea lor se îndreaptă după planurile Lui,
pentru împlinirea(B) a tot ce le porunceşte El pe faţa pământului locuit.
