¹⁰ For the Lord has poured out on you
an overwhelming urge to^[a] sleep;^(A)
he has shut your eyes (the prophets)
and covered your heads (the seers).^(B)

⁶ Therefore, it will be night^(A) for you –
without visions;
it will grow dark for you –
without divination.^(B)
The sun will set^(C) on these prophets,
and the daylight will turn black over them.
