Isaiah 30:5-7
New American Standard Bible
5 Everyone will be (A)ashamed because of a people who do not benefit them,
Who are (B)not a help or benefit, but a source of shame and also disgrace.”
6 The pronouncement concerning the (C)animals of the (D)Negev:
Through a land of (E)distress and anguish,
From [a]where come lioness and lion, viper and (F)flying serpent,
They (G)carry their riches on the [b]backs of young donkeys,
And their treasures on (H)camels’ humps,
To a people who will not benefit them;
7 Even Egypt, whose (I)help is vain and empty.
Therefore, I have called [c]her
“[d](J)Rahab who has been exterminated.”
