³ And one called to another:

²⁸ The appearance of the brilliant light all around was like that of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day.^(A) This was the appearance of the likeness of the Lord’s glory.^(B) When I saw it, I fell face down and heard a voice speaking.^(C)

²³ So I got up and went out to the plain. The Lord’s glory was present there,^(A) like the glory I had seen by the Chebar Canal,^(B) and I fell face down.

¹⁸ Then the glory of the Lord moved away from the threshold of the temple^(A) and stopped above the cherubim.^{(B) 19} The cherubim lifted their wings and ascended from the earth right before my eyes;^(C) the wheels were beside them as they went. The glory of the God of Israel was above them, and it stopped at the entrance to the eastern gate of the Lord’s house.
