God Restores Job

¹⁰ After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and doubled his previous possessions.^(A)

¹⁴ I will be found by you’ – this is the Lord’s declaration – ‘and I will restore your fortunes^[a](A) and gather you from all the nations and places where I banished you’ – this is the Lord’s declaration. ‘I will restore you to the place from which I deported you.’^(B)

²⁵ ‘So this is what the Lord God says: Now I will restore the fortunes of Jacob^(A) and have compassion on the whole house of Israel,^(B) and I will be jealous for my holy name.
