Job 7:14-16

¹⁴then you frighten me with dreams,
and terrify me with visions,^(A)
¹⁵so that I prefer strangling^[a]—
death rather than life in this body.^[b]^(B)
¹⁶I give up! I will not live forever.
Leave me alone,^(C) for my days are a breath.^[c]
