15 The Lord said to Moses and Aaron: ² Speak to the Israelites and say to them: Whenever a man has a genital emission, that emission is unclean. ³ This is the nature of the uncleanness brought about by his emission: regardless of whether his genital organ allows his emission to flow or blocks the flow, it is unclean to him.
