³² Every tenth animal from the herd or flock, which passes under the shepherd’s rod,^(A) will be holy to the Lord.

¹³ The flocks will again pass under the hands of the one who counts them^(A) in the cities of the hill country,^(B) the cities of the Judean foothills, the cities of the Negev, the land of Benjamin – the areas around Jerusalem and in Judah’s cities, says the Lord.
