12 At that time Jesus passed through the cornfields on the Sabbath.^(A) His disciples^(B) were hungry and began to pick and eat some ears of corn.

²³ On^(A) the Sabbath he was going through the cornfields, and his disciples^(B) began to make their way, picking some ears of corn.

3 Jesus^(A) entered the synagogue^(B) again, and a man was there who had a shrivelled^(C) hand.
