³⁵ Heaven and earth will pass away,^(A) but my words will never pass away.^(B)

³³ Sell^(A) your possessions and give to the poor.^(B) Make money-bags^(C) for yourselves that won’t grow old, an inexhaustible treasure^(D) in heaven, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys.

²⁴ The God who made the world and everything in it^(A) – he is Lord of heaven and earth^(B) – does not live in shrines made by hands.^(C)

⁹ And masters, treat your slaves the same way, without threatening^(A) them, because you know that both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favouritism^(B) with him.^(C)
