Why do you keep on rebelling?
The whole head is hurt,
and the whole heart is sick.

¹³ The people did not turn to him who struck them;
they did not seek the Lord of Armies.

¹⁰ I sent plagues like those of Egypt;^(A)
I killed your young men with the sword,^(B)
along with your captured horses.^(C)
I caused the stench of your camp
to fill your nostrils,^(D)
yet you did not return to me.^(E)
