Psalm 106:23-25

²³ Therefore, He intended to destroy them had not Moses, His chosen, stood in the breach before Him, to turn away His wrath lest He should destroy them.

²⁴ Also, they despised that pleasant land and did not believe His word,

²⁵ but murmured in their tents and did not listen to the voice of the LORD.
