The Ascension

¹⁹ So the Lord Jesus, after speaking to them,^(A) was taken up into heaven^(B) and sat down at the right hand^(C) of God.

³³ Therefore, since he has been exalted to the right hand of God^(A) and has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit,^(B) he has poured out^(C) what you both see and hear. ³⁴ For it was not David who ascended into the heavens, but he himself says:

³⁴ Who is the one who condemns?^(A) Christ Jesus is the one who died,^(B) but even more, has been raised;^(C) he also is at the right hand of God^(D) and intercedes for us.^(E)

¹² But this man, after offering one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down at the right hand of God.^[a](A)
