Psalm 7:8-10

⁸The Lord judges the peoples;^(A)
vindicate me, Lord,
according to my righteousness and my integrity.^(B)

⁹Let the evil of the wicked come to an end,^(C)
but establish the righteous.^(D)
The one who examines the thoughts and emotions^[a]
is a righteous God.^(E)
¹⁰My shield is with God,^(F)
who saves the upright in heart.^(G)
