¹⁷ And they came up into Judah and broke into it, and carried away all the substance that was found in the king’s house, and his sons also and his wives, so that there was not a son left him, save Jehoahaz, the youngest of his sons.

²³ And Joash the king of Israel took Amaziah king of Judah, the son of Joash, the son of Jehoahaz, at Bethshemesh; and he brought him to Jerusalem, and broke down the wall of Jerusalem from the Gate of Ephraim to the Corner Gate, four hundred cubits.
