⁴ The fearful heart will know and understand,^(A)
    and the stammering tongue^(B) will be fluent and clear.
⁵ No longer will the fool^(C) be called noble
    nor the scoundrel be highly respected.
⁶ For fools speak folly,^(D)
    their hearts are bent on evil:^(E)
They practice ungodliness^(F)
    and spread error^(G) concerning the Lord;
the hungry they leave empty^(H)
    and from the thirsty they withhold water.
