15 你要告诉以色列人，谁咒诅上帝，谁就要承担自己的罪。 16 凡亵渎耶和华圣名的，必须被处死，全体会众要用石头打死他。不论是外族人还是以色列人，凡亵渎圣名的，都必须被处死。 17 凡杀人的，必须被处死。

15 Say to the Israelites: ‘Anyone who curses their God(A) will be held responsible;(B) 16 anyone who blasphemes(C) the name of the Lord is to be put to death.(D) The entire assembly must stone them. Whether foreigner or native-born, when they blaspheme the Name they are to be put to death.
17 “‘Anyone who takes the life of a human being is to be put to death.(E)
