^4-5約翰寫信給亞細亞的七個教會。願那位今在、昔在、以後永在的　神，與他寶座前的七靈，和那忠信的見證者、從死人中復活的首生者^[a]、世上君王的元首耶穌基督，賜恩惠和平安^[b]給你們。

他愛我們，用自己的血使我們從罪中得釋放^[c]， ⁶又使我們成為國度，作他父　神的祭司。願榮耀、權能歸給他，直到永永遠遠^[d]。阿們！

⁷「看哪，他駕雲降臨；
眾目都要看見他，
連刺他的人也要看見他；
地上的萬族要因他哀哭。」

這是真實的。阿們！

⁵and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness,^(A) the firstborn from the dead,^(B) and the ruler of the kings of the earth.^(C)

To him who loves us^(D) and has freed us from our sins by his blood,^(E) ⁶and has made us to be a kingdom and priests^(F) to serve his God and Father^(G)—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen.^(H)

⁷“Look, he is coming with the clouds,”^[a]^(I)
and “every eye will see him,
even those who pierced him”;^(J)
and all peoples on earth “will mourn^(K) because of him.”^[b]
So shall it be! Amen.
