유월절
16 너희는 아빕월에 유월절을 지켜 주 너희 하나님께 영광을 돌려라. 아빕월 어느 날 밤에 주 너희 하나님께서 너희를 이집트 땅에서 데려 내오셨기 때문이다. 2 너희는 주께서 당신의 이름을 두려고 택하신 곳에서, 양 떼나 소 떼에서 골라낸 짐승 한 마리를 주 너희 하나님께 유월절 제물로 바쳐라. 3 그것을 누룩이 든 빵과 함께 먹어서는 안 된다. 이레 동안은 누룩을 넣지 않은 빵, 곧 ‘고난의 빵’과 함께 먹어야 한다. 너희가 이집트 땅에서 나올 때, 누룩을 넣어 빵 반죽을 부풀릴 새도 없이 급히 나왔기 때문이다. 이렇게 하여 너희가 사는 동안에 그 빵을 먹으면서 이집트 땅에서 떠나 온 그날을 기억하여라. 4 이레 동안은 너희의 땅 어디에서도 누룩이 눈에 띄어서는 안 된다. 그리고 첫날 저녁에 잡은 제물 고기를 다음날 아침까지 남겨 두어서도 안 된다.
5 너희는 유월절 제물을 주 너희의 하나님께서 주신 성읍이라고 하여 아무 성읍에서나 바쳐서는 안 된다. 6 오직 주께서 당신의 이름을 두려고 택하신 그곳에서만 제물을 드려야 한다. 그리고 제물을 잡는 때는 너희가 이집트를 떠난 바로 그 시각, 곧 초저녁 해질 무렵이다. 7 주 너희 하나님께서 택하신 곳에서 제물을 구워서 먹고, 아침이 되면 길을 떠나 너희의 천막으로 돌아가도 좋다. 8 그런 다음 엿새 동안 계속하여 누룩을 넣지 않은 빵을 먹고, 이레째 되는 날에는 주 너희의 하나님 앞에서 거룩한 모임을 가져라. 그리고 그 날에는 어떤 일도 하지 말아라.
칠칠절
9 밭에 서 있는 곡식에 낫을 대어 베기 시작하는 때로부터 일곱 주간을 세어라. 10 그런 다음 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 주신 복에 따라서, 마음에서 우러나온 예물을 드려 주 너희 하나님께 칠칠절 축제를 지켜라. 11 주 너희 하나님께서 당신의 이름을 두려고 택하신 곳 주 앞에서 다 함께 즐거워하여라. 너희와 너희의 아들과 딸과 남종과 여종과 너희 성읍에 사는 레위 사람과 너희에게 몸 붙여 사는 외국인과 너희 가운데 사는 고아와 홀어미들과 더불어 즐거워하여라. 12 너희가 이집트에서 종살이 하였던 것을 기억하고 이 모든 규례를 어김없이 지켜라.
초막절
13 타작마당과 포도주틀에서 소출을 거두어들인 뒤에 이레 동안 초막절을 지켜라. 14 그 절기동안 너희와 너희의 아들과 딸 남종과 여종, 너희의 성읍에 사는 레위 사람과 너희에게 몸 붙여 사는 외국인과 고아와 홀어미들까지 모두 다 같이 즐겨라. 15 주께서 택하신 곳으로 가서, 이레 동안 주 너희 하나님께 축제를 지켜라. 주 너희 하나님께서 너희의 모든 소출과 너희가 손을 댄 모든 일에 복을 주시리니, 너희는 오직 기쁨으로 차고 넘칠 것이다.
16 너희 가운데 모든 남자는 일 년에 세 번씩, 곧 누룩 없는 빵 먹는 명절과 칠칠절과 초막절에, 주께서 택하신 곳으로 가서 주 너희 하나님 앞에 나와야 한다. 그때에 어느 누구도 빈손으로 주 앞에 나와서는 안 된다. 17 너희는 각기 주 너희 하나님께서 내려주신 복에 따라서 예물을 가져와야 한다.
백성을 위한 재판관과 관리들
18 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 주시는 각 성읍에, 각 가문을 위해서 재판관과 관리들을 세워, 백성을 공정하게 재판하게 하여라. 19 정의를 뒤집거나 한 쪽으로 치우쳐서는 안 된다. 뇌물을 받아서도 안 된다. 뇌물은 지혜로운 사람의 눈을 어둡게 하고, 의로운 사람의 말을 비뚤어지게 한다. 20 정의를, 정의만을 따라라. 그래야만 너희가 살고 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 주시는 땅을 차지할 것이다.
주께서는 우상을 미워하신다
21 너희가 주 너희 하나님을 위하여 쌓는 제단 옆에 그 어떤 아세라목상도 세우지 말아라. 22 또 석상을 세워서도 안 된다. 이런 것들은 주 너희 하나님께서 미워하시는 것이다.

16 “Observe the month of Abib, and you shall keep the Passover to Yahweh your God, for in the month of Abib Yahweh your God brought you out from Egypt by night. 2 And you shall offer the Passover sacrifice to Yahweh your God from among your flock and herd at the place that Yahweh will choose, to let his name dwell there. 3 You shall not eat with it[a] anything leavened; seven days you shall eat with it[b] unleavened bread of affliction, because in haste you went out from the land of Egypt, so that you will remember the day of your going out from the land of Egypt all the days of your life. 4 And leaven shall not be seen with[c] you in any of your territory[d] for seven days, and none of the meat that you will slaughter on the evening on the first day shall remain overnight until morning. 5 You are not allowed to offer the Passover sacrifice in one of your towns[e] that Yahweh your God is giving to you, 6 but only at the place that Yahweh your God will choose, to let his name dwell there; you shall offer the Passover sacrifice in the evening at sunset,[f] at the designated time[g] of your going out from Egypt. 7 And you shall cook, and you shall eat it at the place that Yahweh your God will choose; and you may turn in the morning and go to your tents. 8 Six days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be an assembly for Yahweh your God; you shall not do work.
9 “You shall count off seven weeks for you; from the time you begin to harvest the standing grain[h] you shall begin to count seven weeks. 10 And then you shall celebrate the Feast of Weeks for Yahweh your God with the measure of the freewill offering of your hand that you shall give just as Yahweh your God has blessed you. 11 And you shall rejoice before Yahweh your God, you and your son and your daughter and your slave and your slave woman and the Levite that is in your towns[i] and the alien and the orphan and the widow who are in your midst in the place that Yahweh your God will choose to let his name dwell there. 12 And you shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt, and so you shall diligently observe[j] these rules.
13 “You shall celebrate the Feast of Booths for yourselves[k] seven days at the gathering in of the produce[l] from your threshing floor and from your press; 14 and you shall rejoice at your feast, you and your son and your daughter and your slave and your slave woman and the Levite and the orphan and the widow that are in your towns.[m] 15 Seven days you shall celebrate your feast to Yahweh your God at the place Yahweh will choose, for Yahweh your God shall bless you in all of your produce[n] and in all of the work of your hand, and you shall surely be rejoicing.[o] 16 Three times in the year all of your males shall appear before [p] Yahweh your God at the place that he will choose, at the Feast of Unleavened Bread and at the Feast of Weeks and at the Feast of Booths, and they shall not appear before Yahweh[q] empty-handed. 17 Each person shall give as he is able,[r] that is, according to the blessing of Yahweh your God that he has given to you.
18 “You shall appoint judges and officials for you in all your towns[s] that Yahweh your God is giving to you throughout your tribes, and you shall render for the people righteous judgments.[t] 19 You shall not subvert[u] justice; you shall not show partiality;[v] and you shall not take a bribe, for the bribe makes blind the eyes of the wise and misrepresents the words of the righteous. 20 Justice, only justice[w] you shall pursue, so that you may live, and you shall take possession of the land that Yahweh your God is giving to you. 21 You shall not plant for yourselves[x] an Asherah pole[y] beside the altar of Yahweh your God that you make for yourselves.[z] 22 And you shall not set up for yourselves a stone pillar, a thing that Yahweh your God hates.
