⁶⁷ They were given the city of Shechem. Shechem is a city of safety. They were also given the towns of Gezer, ⁶⁸ Jokmeam, Beth Horon, ⁶⁹ Aijalon, and Gath Rimmon. They also got fields with those towns. Those towns were in the hill country of Ephraim.
