²³ but we preach Christ crucified,^(A) a stumbling block to the Jews and foolishness to the Gentiles.^{[a] 24} Yet to those who are called,^(B) both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God,

¹⁴ But as for me, I will never boast about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. The world has been crucified to me through the cross, and I to the world.
