1 Kings 10:24-26

²⁴ And all the earth was seeking the ^[a]attention of Solomon, ^(A)to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart. ²⁵ And ^(B)they were bringing, everyone, ^[b]a gift: articles of silver and gold, garments, weapons, balsam oil, horses, and mules, so much year by year.

^26 (C)Now Solomon gathered chariots and horsemen; and he had 1,400 chariots and twelve thousand horsemen, and he ^[c]stationed them in the ^(D)chariot cities and with the king in Jerusalem.
