²¹ And Abiathar told David that Saul had killed the LORD’s priests.

²² And David said to Abiathar, “I knew it the same day, when Doeg the Edomite was there, that he would tell Saul. I am the cause of the death of all the people of your father’s House.

²³ “Stay with me. Do not fear. For he who seeks my life shall also seek your life. For you shall be safe with me.”
