Chapter 4

Do Not Judge before the Appointed Time. ¹ People should regard us as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.

⁷ For in his role as God’s steward a bishop^[a] must be blameless. He must not be arrogant or quick-tempered or prone to drunkenness or violent or avaricious.
