⁷ For we walk by faith, and not by sight.

⁸ Nevertheless, we are bold, and are well-pleased rather to be absent from the body, and to be at home with the Lord.

⁹ Therefore also, we desire eagerly, whether present or absent, to be acceptable to Him.
