12 In the seventh year of Jehu, Jehoash began to reign and reigned for forty years in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Zibiah of Beersheba.

² And Jehoash did that which was good in the sight of the LORD all his time that Jehoiada the Priest taught him.

³ But the high places were not taken away; for the people still offered and burnt incense in the high places.
