2 Kings 18:17-19

¹⁷ And the king of Assyria sent Tartan and Rabsaris and Rabshakeh from Lachish to King Hezekiah, with a great army, against Jerusalem. And they went up and came to Jerusalem. And when they had come up, they stood by the conduit of the upper pool, which is by the path of the fuller’s field,

¹⁸ and called to the king. Then Eliakim, the son of Hilkiah (who was steward of the house), came out to them, and Shebna the chancellor, and Joah the son of Asaph, the recorder.

¹⁹ And Rabshakeh said to them, “Please tell Hezekiah, ‘Thus says the great king, the great king of Assyria, “What confidence is this in which you trust?
