22 Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon appointed Gedaliah(A) son of Ahikam, son of Shaphan, over the rest of the people he left in the land of Judah.(B)
24 But Ahikam(A) son of Shaphan supported Jeremiah, so he was not handed over to the people to be put to death.
