⁵當時在這片土地上，上帝沒有給他任何產業，他甚至連立足之地也沒有。但上帝應許要把這片土地賜給他和他的後裔作產業，儘管那時候亞伯拉罕還沒有兒子。

⁵He gave him no inheritance here,^(A) not even enough ground to set his foot on. But God promised him that he and his descendants after him would possess the land,^(B) even though at that time Abraham had no child.
